PULLMAN – The WSU Wellbeing staff is offering a new service called Ask WB.


Ask WB is a health education and information resource for faculty, staff and students. Submissions will be kept anonymous and answered by Wellbeing staff in collaboration with WSU educators, health care providers and health professionals.

Fourth annual healthy fare to focus on wellness

SPOKANE —Students in WSU’s Exercise Physiology and Metabolism (ExMet) program in partnership with the Riverpoint Campus Wellness Collaborative will host the 4th Annual Healthy Fare from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 9, in the atrium of the Academic Center at 600 N Riverpoint Blvd.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore a variety of healthy activities including health screenings. ExMet and Nursing students will be offering a limited number of free cholesterol and blood glucose screenings on a first-come-first-served basis. Learn to stay healthy this holiday season

PULLMAN – Learn how to eat healthy and reduce stress during the holiday season at an informative and interactive wellbeing workshop.

University Recreation is offering two workshops to allow participants to learn the perfect combination of exercise, nutrition, and stress management to turn this holiday season into the best it can be.  The workshop will be offered twice, with the first being held on Dec. 4 from 12:10 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in CUE 512 and the second being held on Dec.5 from 5:10 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Lighty 405. Registration ends Dec. 4.  Participants will receive a free healthy holiday cookbook.
