More than 80% of surveyed students rated their overall experience as either excellent or good, with 82% of seniors attesting that they would definitely or probably attend WSU again if given the option.
The university is already in the process of conducting the guided self-assessment process, which is expected to continue through December.
The task force’s recommendations are intended to help identify areas where continued support can help bolster the university system’s historic role.
Featuring an array of domestic and international assessments, the website represents a concerted effort to provide more transparency about the university’s rankings.
The university is revamping its enrollment management strategy with a focus on better understanding the preferences of potential students to develop effective solutions to critical barriers such as cost.
Global Campus as well as several professional and graduate programs saw continued growth but overall system enrollment declined 4.2% this fall.

Interim Provost Dan Bernardo announced the appointment, which becomes effective immediately, today (April 16).
