WSU’s overall ranking among U.S.-based institutions, which includes private colleges and universities, improved as well, climbing 34 places, from 212 in the outlet’s 2022–23 rankings to 178 this year.
The task force’s recommendations are intended to help identify areas where continued support can help bolster the university system’s historic role.
The College of Veterinary Medicine ranks 15th among its peers nationwide according to new rankings by U.S. News & World Report. Several other specialties and programs also achieved strong results.
U.S. News and World Report recently ranked WSU as one of the best universities in the nation for international students.
