Apple Cup coverage part of online football collection

School supplies collection precedes football game

school supplies donations driveSEATTLE – Cougar fans are invited to donate school supplies and other items to the annual CyberCoug Seattle Football Supplies Drive on Saturday, Sept. 28, at Pyramid Alehouse, 1201 First Ave S, Seattle.

Items will be accepted during the three hours prior to 7 p.m. kickoff for the WSU vs. Stanford game at CenturyLink Field. Donations of school supplies, clothing, shoes, toiletries and baby items are welcome. For a detailed list, and more information, see

Donations will go to Mary’s Place, a women’s and children’s homeless shelter. Associated Students of Washington State University Global and the WSU Center for Civic Engagement are sponsoring the effort.
