Spirited events await Cougs at Holiday Bowl

It’s official. Washington State University’s football team will compete against the University of Texas Longhorns in the Holiday Bowl in San Diego on Tuesday, Dec. 30. The game will kick off at 5 p.m. and be televised live by ESPN.“We’re obviously very happy with the success of the program… and with the hospitality the Holiday Bowl has shown teams in the past,” WSU athletic director Jim Sterk said.
