Stay fit while you travel

PULLMAN – University Recreation at WSU is holding an “Exercising on the Road” workshop. John Nickerson, University Recreation, Marketing Graduate Assistant, said the workshop will be at 12:10 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 1 in CUE 518.

In this workshop, participants will have the chance to learn different forms of exercise while on the road. The exercises will consist of stretching routines, and exercises and other exercises that require no equipment.

There is no cost to attend the workshop and registration closes Oct. 1.
