WSU E-Forms System closed — finalized records transferred to FAIS

The WSU E-Forms System has been closed. The Request for Shipment of Merchandise (RSM) was the last remaining active e-form in the WSU E-Forms System and the WSU Pullman shipment requests are now processed with online Request for Shipment forms available through myFacilities.

Finalized RSMs, Travel Expense Vouchers (TEVs), and Sponsored Project Activity Requests (SPARs) remaining in the E-Forms System are now being maintained for the required retention period by Finance and Administration Information Services (FAIS).

To request access to any finalized forms and associated supporting attachments email fais@wsu.edu.
