What is the EAP?

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provided through the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services is available for eligible Washington State University (WSU) employees, which includes:

  • Full and part-time Administrative Professional employees
  • Full and part-time Civil Service employees
  • Full and part-time Faculty

On May 10, representatives from the EAP will present information describing these services as well as the methods for accessing them.  Two types of sessions will be available this day:

  • For all interested employees: General overviews of the EAP and its services
  • For managers and supervisors: General overview of the EAP with additional information on using EAP to effectively manage difficult employee situations
