Spartan Training

Are you interested in joining an intense class that will challenge both your mind and your body? Look no further than Spartan Training classes from University Recreation (UREC)! Spartan Training uses functional, high-intensity exercise progressions that take participants through 12 weeks of training. The program is designed to prepare participants for the ultimate workout based on the movie “300”.
