S&A Fees are paid by each student for the purpose of providing non-academic programs and services for all students at Washington State University. The term “services and activities fees” or “S&A fees” is defined to mean fees, other than tuition fees, charged to all students registering at a WSU campus. S&A fees are used to fund student activities and programs, student buildings and similar uses. Authorized under RCWs 28B:15:041-045.
If your registered student organization would like to take part in the application process, please ensure that members of your organization attend one of the following training sessions:
- Tuesday, February 13 @ 10:30–11:30 a.m. Lighty 405
- Wednesday, February 14 @ 10–11 a.m. Lighty 405
- Thursday, February 15 @ 1:30–2:30 p.m. Lighty 403
- Friday, February Feb 16 @ 3–4:30 p.m. Lighty 405
All application materials are due to Emily Green (ewgreen@wsu.edu) no later than Monday, March 26, at 5 p.m.
The S&A Fee Committee will conduct a S&A Budget Review and application preview Friday, March 30, 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. in Lighty 405.
S&A Hearings will be conducted April 2 and 3, 5 – 8 p.m. in Lighty 405 followed by deliberations on Wednesday April 4, 5 – 8 p.m. in Lighty 405. The public is welcome to attend all meetings, hearings and deliberations.
