Second Annual Data Science Day

The 2nd Annual Data Science Day will be held this year at WSU on Friday, April 21,
in the Junior Ballroom of the Compton Union Building (CUB) on the Pullman Campus. This event is being organized by the Analysis+Data Group in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics. Participants and speakers from universities, government labs, and industry will attend and interact with each other through a somewhat unusual design: all of the talks are short, most 5 minutes long and every talk will present open problems. The majority of the time will be spent discussing those open problems. For full information on this event (and other linked events on Sunday, the 23rd of April) please visit: https://analysisplusdata.community/

The Notices and Announcements section is provided as a service to the WSU community for sharing events such as lectures, trainings, and other highly transactional types of information related to the university experience. Information provided and opinions expressed may not reflect the understanding or opinion of WSU. Accuracy of the information presented is the responsibility of those who submitted it. The self-uploaded posts are reviewed for compliance with state statutes and ethics guidelines but are not edited for spelling, grammar, or clarity.
