The Annual Open Enrollment period for 2015 begins November 1st and will run through November 30th. This is the one time each year when you are able to change your medical and/or dental plans, add eligible dependents to your coverage, or waive dependents from your coverage. This is also the time to enroll/re-enroll in the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and/or Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) if you wish to have this coverage in 2015. The Graduate School has developed a new electronic submission process for the Sponsored Graduate Student Support Memo and will no longer accept the printed copies starting spring 2015 semester. The new forms will be submitted online at mygradschool.wsu.edu. Once the new process is implemented, the printed forms will no longer be available. Are you responsible for processing form I-9’s in your department? Successful completion of this training is required in order to gain access to WSU’s Electronic I-9 System. This course describes how to use the web-based system adopted by WSU, solve I-9 problems and provide electronic Employment Eligibility Verifications.
