WSU Dining Services is brewing up ghoulish dishes to celebrate Halloween! Join us on Oct. 31 during lunch from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at all three dining centers to taste some thrilling treats and scary snacks.
The event’s menu features dishes sure to spook you and your appetite including these recipes and more: bloody eyeballs on a bun (meatball submarine sandwiches), Hell-fire potatoes (Chipotle roasted red potatoes), and gouged and roasted skulls (butternut squash). Be prepared for some frightful foods with delightful flavors!
