Nov. 6: ‘Veterans Day: A Call to Serve’

Washington State University Global Campus and the Carson College of Business invite you to honor America’s veterans and explore the call for continued service with guest Dr. Kimberly Mitchell. The event will also feature a special welcome from WSU President Dr. Elizabeth Cantwell and reflections from WSU veterans Michael Pannek (’69) and Joel Loiacono (’84).

Dr. Mitchell’s incredible journey began on the streets of Quang Tri city and carried her to middle America, the United States Naval Academy, and a lifetime of public service. In her most recent role as senior advisor to the Secretary of the Department of Veteran Affairs, Dr. Mitchell worked to strengthen collaboration between the VA and veteran advocacy groups.

Students, staff, and faculty from across Washington State University are invited to attend this special, public webinar in honor of Veterans Day.
