The Long Term Disability (LTD) open enrollment period is ending this Friday. If you wish to enroll or change your LTD coverage and have not already done so, please select the appropriate box on the LTD Open Enrollment Form to indicate whether you are enrolling for the first time (“Enroll in Optional LTD”) or changing your waiting period (“Increase/Decrease the waiting period for my Optional LTD coverage”) and return to HRS Benefit Services.

Hard copy enrollment forms are available at HRS Benefits, Room 139 French Administration in Pullman.

Forms must be returned no later than Friday, March 29, and can be submitted to HRS Benefits in the following ways:

  • Mail to 139 French Administration, PO Box 641014, Pullman, WA 99164-1014
  • Fax to 509-335-1259
  • or deliver to your campus’ HRS office.

If you do not enroll in LTD during the current open enrollment period, any future applications for coverage would be subject to medical underwriting and review by The Standard for approval or denial. Only during the month of March 2019 can you apply for coverage and be automatically approved.
