May 17: Servant Leadership training slated

PULLMAN, Wash. – This training will feature Robin Blanchard, a national presenter on servant leadership, discussing what servant leadership is, how to practice it and how well it works.

Blanchard uses her contagious energy to share with participants how a servant leader motivates others. Her three truths that a servant leader should live by will help participants become the leader they strive to be, get results and support others with their growth.

Blanchard keeps her audiences engaged with stories and thought-provoking questions. She will share tips on how to ensure people feel valued, prepared and equipped. This will not be straight lecture, as participants will get a chance to talk about the concepts in small groups as well as participate in exercises.
