Learn to stay healthy this holiday season

PULLMAN – Learn how to eat healthy and reduce stress during the holiday season at an informative and interactive wellbeing workshop.

University Recreation is offering two workshops to allow participants to learn the perfect combination of exercise, nutrition, and stress management to turn this holiday season into the best it can be.  The workshop will be offered twice, with the first being held on Dec. 4 from 12:10 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. in CUE 512 and the second being held on Dec.5 from 5:10 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Lighty 405. Registration ends Dec. 4.  Participants will receive a free healthy holiday cookbook.
