Zumba Gold Class available for WSU faculty and staff

The CAHNRS faculty/staff evening fitness class for Zumba Gold is now underway and always available for new patrons.This class is available to all WSU faculty and staff free of charge; students are also welcome to attend. Classes are every Tuesday and Thursday at Ensminger Pavilion from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and taught by a licensed Zumba instructor and an ACE Certified Group Fitness instructor. Classes are low impact, low cardio and designed for you to move at your comfort, even if you don’t know how to dance  There is no wrong way in how you follow the instructor; all that matters is the pace which makes you feel comfortable.  So, if you are interested in working on your cardio, consider Zumba Gold for your health and wellness.
