Washington Moves: April 17–28

PEBB eligible employees: Join us for the SmartHealth Washington Moves event, April 17–28! Participate in any type of movement that gets your blood pumping for around 25 minutes each day — whatever your activity level or interests may be. Physical activity boosts your physical and mental health, helps reduce stress, and through this event can earn you 200 SmartHealth points!
