Validate your primary address in Workday

Following a number of submissions to the Workday Service Desk highlighting incorrect addresses being shared between Workday and myWSU, the decision was made to stop the sync between the two systems. Learn more online.

All WSU staff, faculty, and student employees are asked to verify and update their primary address in Workday before Thursday, Nov. 3 to avoid issues with payroll and state income tax deductions. Employees who updated their personal information prior to Oct. 31 are encouraged to verify and resubmit any changes in Workday.

Moving forward, any updates or changes to employee information must be made in Workday to ensure accurate records. Having a correct primary address in Workday is critical to the accuracy of tax information and benefits eligibility.

Steps for updating your primary address can be found in this reference guide.

Questions or concerns may be submitted to the Workday Service Desk.
