Tidal Leadership: Multi-Day Immersion Based Training

Leaders who want to hone their skills and expand their level of responsibility can immerse themselves in training May 18-21 at Ensminger Pavilion at Washington State University.

The training is hosted by the Center for Transformational Learning and Leadership in the College of Agricultural, Human and Natural Resource Sciences. The cost is $750. Register online at https://secure.wsu.edu/cahnrs/Signup/index.castle?formid=10.

The sessions will help participants:

• Explore value-based strategies for transforming the ability to make decisions;

• Enhance awareness of how they communicate;

• Hone communication and relationship building skills;
