Teaching from a Distance

Academic Outreach and Innovation (AOI) has announced additional trainings this semester, available via Zoom:

Teaching from a Distance Series:

  • Strategies and Best Practices, Nov. 16
  • Community Building and Connection, Nov. 17
  • Authentic Assessment, Nov. 18

By attending three AOI trainings, with at least one from the Teaching from a Distance series, anyone teaching with Canvas can take the first step toward earning their Distance Delivery Mastery Certificate.

Furthermore, if you are planning to teach a course with a remote instructional component (per recent Provost communications), the above-listed workshops count toward the required training and support.

To register, please visit the workshop schedule.
