Stock up on meat for the holidays, $2.99/lb chuck roasts

Cougar Quality Meats — WSU’s own meat processing center — has a large selection of beef, pork, and other meats perfect for the holidays. Popular items include beef rib roasts, beef tenderloin steaks, beef brisket, 80/20 ground beef ($4.49/lb), pepperoni sticks, and Cougar smokies. You’ll also find cuts not commonly available elsewhere, such as Denver steaks, culotte/picanha, and chuck petite tender.

Stop by the store at 2155 Wilson Rd. (just east of the Lewis Alumni Centre on the Pullman campus) between regular hours on Thursdays and Fridays, 3–5:30 p.m., including Dec. 14–15 and 21–22. The store will be closed Dec. 28–29.
