Sensory Training for Hard Cider

You are invited to participate in a panel of subjects trained to evaluate hard cider for various sensory characteristics such as aroma, flavor, taste, and mouthfeel. You must be 21 years of age to participate. The training and formal evaluation sessions will take place during the weeks of June 20 and 27 (starting June 20 and ending July 1).

Sessions will take place during these weeks on Monday through Friday from 4 – 5:30 p.m. You will receive a Ferdinand’s coupon after each session and a gift card at the completion of the panel. Thank you for your consideration!
