PERS 2 Participants: Contribution Rate Change

Effective September 1, 2018 Public Employee Retirement System (PERS) Plan 2 members will see a slight increase in employee contributions.  The rate will be increasing from 7.38% to 7.41%, and this increase will first be seen on your September 25, 2018 paycheck.

The Office of the State Actuary calculated this supplemental rate change based on the cost of additional pension related legislation passed during the 2018 legislative session.

Additional information on contribution rate related legislation and historical contribution rates, please visit the DRS website.
