Nov. 18: Pullman voicemail maintenance

Thursday, Nov. 18, WSU Pullman voicemail will be inaccessible for maintenance updates from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.

This affects all WSU Pullman-hosted voicemail boxes with Single Inbox (voicemail forwarded to email) configured.

Voicemails received during the maintenance period will be sent to email when the system resyncs with Office 365 upon completion. Otherwise, no user impact is anticipated.

If a customer believes a voicemail was not forwarded from their inbox following completion of the maintenance, they can log into their phone to check for messages, or log into https://voicemail.wsu.edu to check their inbox.

Questions? If you have questions or concerns, please contact Crimson Service Desk, crimsonservicedesk@wsu.edu or 509-335-4357.
