Notice of annual meeting

The Board of Directors of Global Operations and Leadership Development (GOLD), a non-profit corporation registered in Washington State and affiliated with Washington State University, will hold its annual meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 24, at 9 a.m. The meeting will be held online via Zoom.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive updates from GOLD’s subsidiary corporations, elect new officers, elect directors to one of its subsidiary corporations, approve minutes, establish 2025 meeting dates, and discuss other corporate business as needed. The Board may take action on the items under consideration.

WSU to expand leadership focus on undergraduate education and student success
