New WSU Qualtrics login experience starts June 11

From noon–1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 11, Information Technology Services (ITS) will update the login page for WSU Qualtrics to login.wsu.edu. This change will align the WSU Qualtrics login experience with that of other major university platforms, including email, Workday, Canvas, and myWSU.

Following the transition, WSU Qualtrics users will be prompted to complete multi-factor authentication (MFA) to access the service.

While no service disruption is expected during the brief maintenance window, WSU Qualtrics users may temporarily see two different login options as ITS verifies the login page change.

Expected visual changes to the Qualtrics login screen for this transition are available for review.

For any questions, please contact Crimson Service Desk at crimsonservicedesk@wsu.edu or 509-335-4357.
