New login process for 25Live, Dec. 30

On Tuesday, Dec. 30, Information Technology Services (ITS) is updating the authentication process for 25Live. This update will occur between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. as part of university-wide efforts to streamline the single sign-on experience for numerous WSU systems.

After this scheduled update, 25Live will use the standard WSU Okta login process. When signing in, users will see the WSU Okta login screen and will be required to complete multi-factor authentication.

No service outage or disruption is expected during this maintenance window. The change will be permanent, and no additional steps are required from WSU 25Live users.

For any questions or technical support, please contact Crimson Service Desk at crimsonservicedesk@wsu.edu or call 509-335-4357.
