Motor Pool rental reminders

Hours of operation: 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday–Friday.

Please pick up all rentals by 4:30 p.m.

Must bring Vehicle Release Form signed by signature authority and have driver’s license in hand when picking up all Motor Pool vehicles.

Must make Motor Pool aware if off road conditions exist.

Must have read and understand BPPM and SPPM associated with Motor Pool rentals and operation.

Must notify of cancellation 24 hours in advance or rental charges still applies.

If rental does not start until the next day pick up times are between 3-5 p.m. only.  If need to pick up earlier, make Motor Pool staff aware.
