June 27 – Understanding Conflict (Videoconferenced)

We all experience conflict in our lives.  It is normal and natural – as well as stressful.  What exactly is conflict, how does it develop, and what are its sources?  This workshop takes a look at different types of conflict, our individual responses to it, and offers tips to effectively manage conflict when it occurs.
