Join our sensory assessment of yogurt!

When:

  • Option 1: Tuesday, March 31, and Wednesday, April 1
  • Option 2: Saturday, March 21, and Sunday, March 22

Times:

  • Option 1: 1-hour in-person sessions between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. each day
  • Option 2: 1-hour in-person sessions between noon and 4 p.m.

Where:

WSU Pullman, Food Science and Human Nutrition Building, Room 146


To participate, you must:

  • Be at least 60 years of age and living independently or unassisted
  • Be able to communicate in English
  • Not be allergic or intolerant to Dairy
  • Be willing to attend 2 hours of in-person sessions at the WSU Sensory Science Center (Food Science and Human Nutrition Building)

You will receive a $50 Ferdinand’s or Safeway gift card for participation.
