Jan. 20 reception for spring Art in the Library exhibit

The artworks of veterinary student Zena Hemmen will be the featured exhibit for the spring Art in the Library program in WSU Animal Health Library. An opening reception is planned from 4-6 p.m. Jan. 20 in the library, Wegner Hall 170.

The twice-yearly exhibit features animal-themed works, typically from artists with a connection to the WSU College of Veterinary Medicine. For more information, visit https://www.vetmed.wsu.edu/news/art.

Hemmen’s exhibit will showcase pieces utilizing a broad range of media, including acrylic paint, oil paint, encaustics, wood, canvas, fabric, nails and more.
