Useful Zoom service information

Information Technology Services’ (ITS) Zoom support team would like to offer the following service information:

  • 3rd party video conferencing software (Skype for Business, GoToMeeting, WebEx, etc.) can be called from Zoom Rooms. Instructions can be found in the WSU customer support knowledge base.
  • Scheduled meetings and recordings belonging to exiting employees can be easily transferred to different users by contacting Zoom support at zoom.support@wsu.edu.
  • Meeting recordings are currently stored for 9 months after the recording date. If a longer storage period is required, be sure to download the recording to your preferred file storage location
