IMPORTANT — Board of Regents Policy Manual (BOR) Revision 1

University executive administrators and the Board of Regents have approved the following new Board of Regents Policy Manual.

Conflict of Interest Policy BOR1

This new policy provides standards to ensure that all actions taken by members of the BOR are in the best interests of the University and avoid activities that could impair the public’s trust in the institution.

Board of Regents Real Estate Policy BOR4

This policy is moved without changes from Executive Policy Manual EP22.

Board of Regents Debt Management Policy BOR5

This policy is moved without changes from Executive Policy Manual EP31.
