High school students share life experiences

Sixteen high school students from throughout Central Washington are set to take the stage where they will act out some of their most significant life experiences.

The students are participating in a production called Las Memorias 2015, a unique program led by The Division of Student Affairs.

Three shows are planned for the WSU campus: Wednesday, Aug. 19; Thursday, Aug. 20; and Friday, Aug. 21. All performances will take place in Jones Theatre at Daggy Hall beginning at 7:30 p.m. They are free and open to the public.

“Not many people have an opportunity to see a performance like this one,” said Marcela Pattinson, assistant director of Multicultural Student Services. “It’s really something everyone should experience and enjoy.”
