Guided meditation with Trymaine Gaither

Join us June 29 from 12–1 p.m. for a guided meditation class with Trymaine Gaither at the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art WSU. Trymaine’s class will combine the tones from Ambiente432 with a guided meditation at the museum, founded in mindfulness practices that have been proven to reduce stress and decrease suffering. Beginners are welcome. Sessions are drop‑in and open to the public. No advance registration required.

Classes are by‑donation and all proceeds will go to support the newly-formed Unity of Ukraine nonprofit group. See website for a full schedule of Art & Healing classes.
