Got a nose for dairy? WSU sensory science has one more opportunity for you

We are having one more opportunity for dairy aroma assessments! Stop by for a chance to support dairy research! Participants will receive a Ferdinand’s gift card.

  • When: Monday, July 27, 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (30 minute long sessions)
  • Where: Food Science & Human Nutrition Building, Room 146, WSU Pullman
  • What will you be doing? Assessing the aromas of different dairy samples in our sensory booths.
  • Eligibility criteria: Participants must be 18 or older and must not be allergic to dairy.

Participants will receive a $10 Ferdinand’s gift card.
