Georgina Dodge, an in-demand national speaker and associate provost for diversity, equity, and inclusion at Bucknell University, will deliver the second Excellence in Leadership Lecture today at 12:15 p.m. in the CUB Auditorium.
Dodge’s address, “Impacts of Unconscious Bias on Effective Leadership,” will examine the effects of implicit bias on organizational leadership and note how cognitive errors impede diversity and inclusion. Dodge will also offer solutions to mitigate the effects of bias.
The lecture series is co-sponsored by the Black Faculty and Staff Association and the Office of the President.
