General registration is open for the 2023 Employee Recognition Reception

The 2023 Employee Recognition Reception will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 20, from 3–4:30 p.m. The reception honors all faculty and staff milestones achieved between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31 and 2023 Crimson Spirit Award recipients.

The event is hosted at locations throughout the WSU system and is available to view live via experience.wsu.edu.

General attendee registration for the reception is open now through Feb. 10: Register today! Please note that this event will not have assigned seating and room location details will only be provided to those who register.

A new era for the Institute for Shock Physics

WSU professor and former Los Alamos National Laboratory physicist Brian Jensen is the new director of the Institute for Shock Physics. He succeeds Yogendra Gupta, who led the program for 26 years.
