Digitally signing PDF forms

With many WSU personnel working from home, the need to digitally sign forms has increased. In response to that need, all of the PDF forms located on the Office of Procedures, Records and Forms website that contain signature fields are now formatted to accept digital signatures.

If you intend to route a form to be digitally signed, please download an updated version of the form before completing and routing it for signatures.

For more information about the use of digital signatures at WSU, please see BPPM 90.50: E-Signature Policy Overview and General Guidance and BPPM 90.51: Standard E-Signature Use for University Transactions.

The Notices and Announcements section is provided as a service to the WSU community for sharing events such as lectures, trainings, and other highly transactional types of information related to the university experience. Information provided and opinions expressed may not reflect the understanding or opinion of WSU. Accuracy of the information presented is the responsibility of those who submitted it. The self-uploaded posts are reviewed for compliance with state statutes and ethics guidelines but are not edited for spelling, grammar, or clarity.
