DES Risk Management Safety Survey

“The Washington State Office of Risk Management in Olympia, is requesting that all employees at Washington Institutions of Higher Education, including WSU, complete a safety survey.

The safety survey is now open at the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/D755DCN from now until the close of business on November 14, 2013. The survey takes less than 5 minutes to complete
