Caviar Tasting Panel

Do you like caviar, sashimi, sushi or other seafood?  We are looking for volunteers to evaluate sensory properties of caviar (you don’t have to have experience with caviar but be interested in tasting it).  You need to be at least 18 years of age to participate.The test will take about 10-15 minutes of your time.

When: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday,  October  13, 14, 16, 20, 21, 23, 27, 28, 30

You may come to all, one or a few of the panels.

Time: Anytime between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.

Place: FSHN Building, Room 146
