Carson College of Business hosts Power Breakfast Sept. 12

The annual Power Breakfast networking event hosted by Carson College of Business will feature Rachel Ruggeri (’00), Starbucks executive vice president and chief financial officer. Ruggeri will share business insights in a fireside chat format with Carson College Interim Dean Debbie Compeau.

The event will be held 8–10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 12, at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, 1400 6th Ave., Seattle, Wash. Attendance is $55. Participants may register online until 5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 5.

Ruggeri was named Starbuck’s executive vice president and chief financial officer in 2021. She leads the global finance function for Starbucks, developing and executing financial strategies to direct long-term growth for the company.
