Add student events to Involve

Inolve is WSU’s official platform for managing student organizations, registering events, and tracking student engagement.

Involve is a comprehensive, web-based system designed to streamline student engagement efforts across campus. It enables departments and student organizations to submit and manage events, track attendance through digital check-in tools, and access real-time data. Formerly known as Coug Presence, Involve looks and functions the same as Presence.

Training opportunities:

To support this platform’s rollout, we will offer monthly training sessions for staff. Sessions will occur on the second Friday of every month. You can register for the session at the following link: Involve Training – Departments and Staff.

In addition to monthly trainings, we will be hosting monthly open labs starting in August, to provide departments with access to campus-based experts to ask questions about specific use cases. You can register for the session at the following link: Involve Open Lab.

New resource website:

To assist with onboarding and day-to-day use, a dedicated website has been created that includes helpful user guides, training materials, and support resources.

The Notices and Announcements section is provided as a service to the WSU community for sharing events such as lectures, trainings, and other highly transactional types of information related to the university experience. Information provided and opinions expressed may not reflect the understanding or opinion of WSU. Accuracy of the information presented is the responsibility of those who submitted it. The self-uploaded posts are reviewed for compliance with state statutes and ethics guidelines but are not edited for spelling, grammar, or clarity.
