3rd annual Palouse Outdoor Science Day

Join the Biology Graduate Student Association for some outdoor fun! We’ll be hosting our 3rd annual outdoor science education event on Saturday, April 25, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Virgil Phillips Farm Park, 5 miles north of Moscow on US 95. The event is free, open to the public, and appropriate for all ages.

Activities include:

  • Animal and insect displays
  • Nature-themed crafts
  • Catch and release activities for birds and amphibians
  • Wild yeast collection for bakers and brewers
  • Nature hikes to identify local plants and collect insects
