2023 W‑2 tax forms

2023 W-2 tax forms can now be downloaded out of Workday for employees that have opted out of receiving paper copies of their W-2’s. Directions on finding and downloading the electronic copy of your W-2 can be found online.

For employees that have not opted out of receiving a paper copy of their W-2 as described in the Opt Out of Receiving a Paper W-2 reference guide, a paper copy will be mailed to the employee’s mailing address listed in Workday. The W-2 form will be mailed out by Jan. 31. If employees have opted to receive a paper copy of their W-2 the electronic version will become available for download in Workday on Jan. 31. Please note that Payroll does not mail out replace W-2 forms.

Students tackle real-world problems in statewide public health competition

A team of six peer health educators on the WSU Pullman campus are finalists in a statewide competition and are vying for a $5,000 grant to implement their ideas.
