10/31/13 Book signing at Ferdinand’s Ice Cream Shoppe and special hours of operations

“The College of Business and Executive Chef Jamie Callison of the School of Hospitality Business Management are proud to announce Jamie’s new cookbook, “The Crimson Spoon: Plating Regional Cuisine on the Palouse.”

Meet the author, Jamie Callison, who will be signing books at Ferdinand’s Ice Cream Shoppe on Thursday, October 31, from noon to 2:00 p.m.

Ferdinand’s will be open 11a.m. – 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 31st for the WSU vs Arizona State football game.
