PEBB Eligible Employees: Are You at Risk?

Prediabetes means you’re at risk for type 2 diabetes. Fortunately, it can be reversed with the NOT ME Diabetes Prevention Program.

NOT ME is designed to stop prediabetes in its tracks. And it’s free for all Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB) members who:

  • Are age 18 or over.
  • Are enrolled in a PEBB medical plan.
  • Have elevated blood glucose, or have been diagnosed with prediabetes.

Are you at risk? Take a quick 30-second quiz.   If you score 9 or higher, come to one of the NOT ME  blood sugar testing events.  These will be held on the Pullman Campus in Butch’s Den at the CUB:

  • November 4th, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
  • November 19th, from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm

Registering for a testing slot is encouraged, but walk-ins are also welcome. Please type: http://hca.uswappointment.com/ into your browser to schedule an appointment.

The event will include a quick A1C (finger stick) test, and you will have your confidential results in minutes. You will need to bring your PEBB medical plan ID card and allow 15-30 minutes for your appointment.

Questions can be directed to HRS at 509-335-4521 or hrs@wsu.edu.
