From Monday, July 26, to Saturday, July 31, ITS will be performing scheduled maintenance on the VoIP phone system on multiple evenings.
The detailed schedule for the maintenance is as follows:
- July 26 – CER Publisher in ITB and Subscriber in Sloan. Estimated total time 2.5 hours.
- July 27 – Unity (Voicemail) Publisher in ITB and Subscriber in Sloan. Estimated total time 3 hours.
- July 28 – Expressways Core & Edge in ITB. Estimated total time 2 hours.
- July 29 – Prime Collaboration in ITB. Estimated total time 2 hours.
- July 30-31 CUCM. Estimated total time 14 hours
There is no customer impact expected by this maintenance, however, if users encounter issues using their phone systems, they should unplug the cable from the back of their phone, wait for ten seconds, and plug it back in.
